The District is required by Utah law to make the following disclosure:
The “retail water line” is a pipe that extends from the house to the meter setter. The “lateral” is a pipe that extends from the meter setter to the District’s main line. It is the responsibility of the record owner of the property for the repair and replacement of the retail water line.
