NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT, ENACT, OR MODIFY: AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN
NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT, ENACT, OR MODIFY: AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN, A WRITTEN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS, AND AN IMPACT FEE RESOLUTION FOR RETAIL CULINARY WATER AND TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED CAPITAL FACILITIES PLAN AND A PROPOSED IMPACT FEE RESOLUTION/IMPACT FEE ENACTMENT
Notice is hereby given that the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District (the “District”) has prepared an Amended Retail Culinary Water Impact Fee Facilities Plan, a written analysis of each impact fee, a summary of the impact fee analysis designed to be understood by a lay person, and a proposed impact fee resolution/impact fee enactment. Copies of all of the foregoing are available for public review from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, in the District’s office at 8215 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah 84088, telephone (801) 565-4300, commencing on Wednesday, April 28, 2021. They also may be viewed on the District’s website (www.jvwcd.org) and on the Utah Public Notice Website (www.utah.gov/pmn). In addition, copies of all of the foregoing have been placed in each public library within the boundaries of the District.
Notice is hereby given that the District will hold a public hearing on May 12, 2021, beginning at 6:00 P.M., in the District’s office at 8215 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah, 84088, telephone (801) 565 4300. The public hearing will be held in person or by electronic means for the Board and the public. For information on how to “attend” the public hearing electronically, visit the District’s website at (https://jvwcd.org/calendar/1369/jvwcd-public-hearingboard-meeting). The purposes of the public hearing are to hear public comment, and to answer questions about, the proposed Amended Retail Culinary Water Impact Fee Facilities Plan, the proposed impact fee resolution/impact fee enactment, and their associated summaries and analyses, and to consider approval and adoption of the foregoing by the Board of Trustees of the District. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and make comments. All interested persons in attendance at the public hearing shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Prior to the public hearing, written comments may be submitted to the District, to the attention of the Chief Financial Officer, at 8215 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah 84088.
The District will make reasonable accommodations for disabled persons needing assistance to attend or to participate in the public hearing. Requests for assistance can be made by contacting Beverly Parry in the District’s office at (801) 565-4300.
