(a) Winter: November 1 through April 30. Summer: May 1 through October 31.

(b) Retail distribution system areas of Jordan Valley Water served by pumped water, including those lands bounded by 11800 South on the north, 4000 West on the east, and the elevation contour for 5,000 feet above mean sea level on the south and west.

(c) Retail distribution system areas of Jordan Valley Water served by pumped water through an exchange with another water district. The elevation is too high to be served directly by existing Jordan Valley infrastructure.

(d) A meter base charge/flat fee will be charged each month according to the size of the customer’s meter.

Other Fees & Charges

Service Restoration Charge: 35.00
Bad Check Service Charge: $20.00
Interest Rate charged on Delinquent Balances: 1-1/2% per month (18% APR)
Damage to Existing Connections: Customer shall pay $50.00, plus cost of labor and materials to replace.
Legal Expenses: Customer shall reimburse the District for all expenses, court costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by the District in collecting that customer’s unpaid balance.
Theft of Services: $100.00, Plus Usage (Connecting to a Fire Hydrant or Retail Service)
