Retail Water Rates
Jordan Valley Water uses a tiered water rate system, meaning the rate you pay is determined by the amount of water you use. As water use increases, so does the cost per thousand gallons. Each meter size has four pricing tiers as shown in the tables below. Most single-family homes have 3/4" meters, but you can verify your meter size by checking your water bill.

*Rates for the Zone C South - Riverton area and the Pumped - Casto/Upper Willow Creek area are more expensive because water delivery to these areas requires pumping.

| Example: If you have a 3/4" meter, you will pay $1.70 per one thousand gallons for the first 9,000 gallons of water used, $2.56 per one thousand gallons for additional water used, up to 23,000 gallons. and $3.84 per one thousand gallons for additional water used, up to 53,000 gallons. Any water used over 53,000 gallons will be charged at a rate of $4.71 per one thousand gallons. | ||||

| Damage to Existing Connections Charge: | Customer shall pay $75.00, plus cost of labor and materials to replace. |
| Legal Expenses: | Customer shall reimburse the District for all expenses, court costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by the District in collecting that customer’s unpaid balance. |
