Request for Statement of Qualifications - JVWCD generates a 10-year capital improvement plan (CIP) each year from the most current information on system needs. JVWCD would like to establish a comprehensive CIP development process that facilitates the annual 10-year CIP generation efforts. JVWCD also needs to update its Demand, Supply, and Major Conveyance Study from new demand information on large developments occurring within its service area.
