Project Description
The Work of this Contract comprises the construction of repairs to the existing Southwest Groundwater Treatment Plant Finished Water Reservoir. The Work generally includes concrete crack repairs and placement of lightweight cellular
concrete to add slope to the existing reservoir deck; installation of roofing membrane and traffic pad; installation of metal ladders, guardrail, and exterior metal stairs and platform; modifications to existing roof drain and downspout system; new concrete flat-work, restoration of disturbed areas, and all other appurtenant work.
