Project Description
The water at the Bell Canyon Diversion up above Bell Canyon needs improvement in flow measurement. This project aims to build a new flume on the stream flowing to the reservoir to better measure the flow of water. This project will involve taking equipment up narrow dirt roads in the canyon. Road improvement is included. The concrete structure will be built inside the stream bed.
