Project Description
The SERWTP was built to utilize stream flows that JVWCD has water rights in the eastern hills. However, as this water is only available for a few months a year, it is desirable to maximize the runoff water the plant can treat. This project seeks to develop a Digital Twin Pilot using data from the treatment plant to determine how to maximize runoff water utilization while minimizing costs. It is anticipated that the resulting pilot would be incorporated into continuing plant operation.

2/26/2025 - Request for Information
JVWCD has released a Request for Information to commence procurement procedures for acquiring professional services to develop a digital twin. Interested firms should review the accompanying Request for Information, Problem Statement, and Nondisclosure Agreement. The nondisclosure agreement must be signed and returned to the JVWCD project manager to start the procurement process.
