Project Description
This project installs new media for a higher rated filter capacity. It also installs chemical upgrades as required for to expand JVWTP from 180 MGD to 255 MGD. Project includes one new gaseous chlorine building and one new caustic feed building.

Bids have been accepted for the Jordan Valley Water Treatment Plant Filter and Chemical Feed Upgrades Project. The apparent low bidder is Gerber Construction. Additional information is available as allowed by law. The bid results have been posed to the JVWCD website.

Addendum 6 has been issued listing another sand/anthracite approved vendor.

Addendum 5 for the Filter Project has been issued to clarify questions from contractors and the Utah Division of Drinking Water. The bid date remains unchanged as next Thursday June 12, 2025.

We became aware that Addendum 3 disappeared from our website. This has now been corrected. All four addendums are now visible.
As a reminder, final RFI's are due tomorrow to be addressed in a final addendum next week prior to the bid deadline on June 12.

Some suppliers have been asking where bid documents can be downloaded. This announcement is to refresh the available link for Bid documents.

Addendum 3 for the Filter project has been issued clarifying contract language regarding import duties (i.e. tarrifs).

Addendum # 2 to the Filter and Chemical Feed Project has been posted. The addendum delays the bid deadline, and responds to Bidder requests for information made during the 2nd pre-bid meeting.

Bid documents have been issued for the JVWTP Filter and Chemical Feed Upgrade Project. Pre-qualified contractors include Alder Construction, Archer Western Construction, Gerber Construction, and, Record Steel and Construction, Inc. (RSCI).
